Na próxima quarta-feira (25), haverá dois atos de suma importância para os servidores públicos. Pela manhã, o SindMPU convida a todos a participarem do Encontro Nacional dos Servidores Públicos Aposentados e Pensionistas, promovido pelo Mosap, no Auditório Nereu Ramos, em que será debatido o andamento da PEC 555/06, que visa acabar com a cobrança de contribuição previdenciária sobre os proventos dos servidores públicos para que todos possam ter uma aposentadoria mais digna.
Já pela tarde, às 13h, ocorrerá um ato conjunto em frente ao Anexo II da Câmara dos Deputados pela derrubada do veto 10 ao Projeto de Lei 2.969/22.
A mobilização tem como objetivo sensibilizar os parlamentares a analisarem o veto 10 e reconsiderarem suas posições, a matéria pode ser apreciada no dia seguinte (26) no Congresso Nacional.
O SindMPU e outras entidades enxergam a convocação do ato como uma forma de mobilização e manifestação legítima dos servidores públicos e da sociedade em geral.
Projeto de Lei 2.969/22
O texto foi emendado a pedido do SindMPU durante sua tramitação no Congresso Nacional. As emendas visam garantir que a recomposição inflacionária estabelecida pela Lei nº 13.316/2016 não fosse absorvida pelos quintos; que os cargos comissionados fossem exclusivos para servidores; que o requisito de ingresso na carreira de Técnico para servidores do Ministério Público da União e do Conselho Nacional do Ministério Público fosse o nível superior; e que os cargos de Analistas e Técnicos do MPU fossem considerados essenciais para a atividade jurisdicional.
