O SindMPU oficiou nesta quinta-feira (15) o Procurador-Geral da República, Paulo Gustavo Gonet Branco, solicitando a concessão retroativa do aumento dos benefícios de auxílio-alimentação e assistência pré-escolar.
As portarias nº 27 e nº 28, de 9 de fevereiro de 2024, fixam os novos valores dos benefícios em R$ 1.393,11 e R$ 1.178,83, respectivamente. No entanto, as portarias só concedem os efeitos financeiros a partir de 1º de março de 2024, o que impede que os servidores do MPU recebam os auxílios retroativos a 1º de janeiro de 2024.
O SindMPU argumenta que a concessão retroativa é crucial, pois o impacto financeiro da defasagem dos valores é significativo para a categoria. A não retroatividade representa uma injustiça e uma falta de equidade com os servidores, que arcam com o aumento do custo de vida desde o início do ano.
