A diretoria executiva do SindmPU, representada pelo diretor executivo Renato Cantoni e pelo diretor administrativo da seccional DF Laercio Bernardes, se reuniu com o Secretário de Polícia do Ministério Público da União, Dr. Alcides Martins, para tratar de demandas da categoria. O encontro aconteceu na manhã de quinta-feira, 4 de abril.
A principal demanda está na defesa e na luta pelo retorno da percepção da Gratificação de Atividade de Segurança (GAS) de mais de 40 agentes de polícia que tiveram perda do benefício por não terem sido bem avaliados no Teste de Aptidão Física (TAF).
Para Renato Cantoni o direito à GAS deve ser assegurado a todos os agentes, independente de avaliações. “O TAF é importante, mas a função é mais. Nenhum deles está impedido de exercer sua função por não ter tido boa avaliação em um teste. Estamos falando de servidores que estão a mais de 20 anos no MPU, que quando passaram no concurso não havia essa exigência.”, afirma o diretor executivo do SindMPU.
Segundo Laercio Bernardes, o corte da GAS é um absurdo. “Tirar essa gratificação em virtude de um TAF é discriminatório, injusto e descabido”, entende Bernardes. Ele afirma que as entidades representativas de classe irão lutar administrativamente, politicamente e juridicamente pelo restabelecimento do pagamento da GAS desses agentes de policia institucional.
